This refund policy explains how ClearComplaint handles refund requests for paid complaint-letter orders.
Digital letter generation
ClearComplaint provides a digital writing service. Once a full letter has been generated and delivered, refunds are not normally provided simply because a user changes their mind.
When refunds may be considered
Refunds may be considered where there has been a duplicate payment, a technical failure that prevented delivery, or another exceptional issue that makes a refund appropriate.
Before requesting a refund
If the issue is access to a delivery link or email, contact ClearComplaint first so the letter can be re-sent or the delivery issue checked.
